If you’re ever in St. Clairsville, do yourself a favor and have lunch at the Newellstown Diner. It is located at 145 W. Main Street. Since several of us (including Jay Stoneking, Ellie Wallace, Jason Causey and myself) were relocated the Bordas & Bordas St. Clairsville office a year ago, we have discovered one of the best hometown restaurants in the Ohio Valley. Newellstown Diner has a 1950s theme and the food is great and inexpensive. The service is fast and friendly, and the place is always clean. You always get homemade chips with your sandwich and they are delicious! Make sure you’re carrying cash because they don’t accept cards. There are a lot of other great places to eat in St. Clairsville, but Newellstown is my favorite.
