Most people do not drink enough water in a day. The amount you should be drinking in a day varies from person to person based on multiple factors such as age, gender, size, lifestyle, activity level, and training style. If you struggle to drink enough water throughout the day try using a new cup or tumbler to make it more exciting. I like to add plenty of ice to my water and drink it with a straw.
