The Supreme Court will hear arguments on Tuesday, October 1st and Wednesday, October 2nd.  We are following Cabell County Comm’n v. Whitt, an immunity case to be argued on the 1st, and Kruse v. Farid, a medical malpractice case to be argued on the 2nd.  Keep watching for future developments!
