Petitioner sought a writ of prohibition from the circuit court seeking to have a hazardous driving designation deleted from his driving record. Petitioner asserts that the Department of Motor Vehicles wrongly classified an out-of-state moving violation as hazardous driving. The circuit court denied the petition for a writ of prohibition.
