Petitioner appeals the December 16, 2013, order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County that affirmed an order of the Office of Administrative Hearing. In its May 28, 2013, order, the OAH reversed the DMV’s order of revocation that revoked Respondent David S. Littleton’s driver’s license for DUI and also reversed a companion order of disqualification disqualifying respondent, the holder of a valid commercial driver’s license, from driving a commercial motor vehicle.
