Petitioner appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Cabell County, upon the entry of the April 10, 2013, sentencing order, confirming petitioner’s conviction of three counts of kidnapping, three counts of robbery in the first degree, and two counts of malicious wounding, all committed with a firearm.
