Roxie Sue Brinager d/b/a Belo Mine Services appeals the circuit court's order directing that an insurance coverage dispute be submitted to arbitration, and the court's subsequent order refusing to vacate the arbitration decision. Petitioner argues that an arbitration clause in a commercial general liability policy is unconscionable and unenforceable.
