Petitioner appeals the circuit court's decision that found that the administrative law judge incorrectly found uniformity between the employment duties and responsibilities of petitioner and a former co-worker; and that the administrative law judge correctly found that petitioner was not entitled to back pay for the 2007-2008 school year.
