Petitioner, Dr. Joe J. White Jr., petitioner in the circuit court and respondent in the Division of Motor Vehicle's (DMV's) proceeding below, appeals the circuit court order affirming the final order of respondent, DMV Commissioner Joe Miller, which revoked petitioner's driver's license for first offense DUI. Petitioner states that the administration of field sobriety tests is an issue of first impression.
