Defendants appeal from the circuit court’s order granting plaintiff’s motion for a mistrial following a jury verdict in favor of defendants in this medical malpractice action. Defendants assert that the circuit court committed reversible error by granting the mistrial 20 months after the jury rendered a verdict in their favor.
