Petitioners appeal the circuit court order denying their motion for a new trial in a negligence action in which the jury awarded special damages less than those proven by petitioners and no general damages. Petitioners aver that the circuit court's additur was improper and that the circuit court erred in refusing to allow petitioners to mention respondent's liability insurance and in requiring petitioners to prove future pain and suffering to a reasonable medical certainty.
