The respondent below, Anthony J. Veltri, appeals the order of the circuit court, entered March 16, 2012, granting the petition for writ of mandamus filed by Diane Parker and John Withers. The circuit court's order, under a continuing stay by order of this Court, would remove Mr. Veltri from his position as a Taylor County Commissioner, and direct that Mr. Withers be sworn in to complete the term that Mr. Veltri began after winning the 2010 election.
