Do you find yourself snacking throughout the day and sometimes on foods that aren’t the healthiest for your body? It’s safe to say we all do from time to time. We grab what is closest to us and most times don’t think twice about what it is.

The following recipe is the perfect quick and easy snack to take on the go. All you need is a few simple ingredients and about 5 minutes of your time!

Protein Power Bites:

-2/3 cup creamy peanut butter

-1 cup old-fashioned oats

-1 ½ tablespoons honey

-1/4 cup of miniature chocolate chips

-1/4 cup flaxseeds

-1 scoop of your favorite protein powder

Mix all of the above ingredients together in a bowl. Let the mixture chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes and then roll them into a ball. That’s it! Now you have a healthy, protein filled snack to help get you through the day.
