Shawn Fluharty, an Ohio Valley native, graduated from West Virginia University College of Law and has practiced for approximately 10 years. Shawn is skilled in personal injury litigation. He is licensed to practice in West Virginia and is working in the firm’s Wheeling location. In addition to his role as a Bordas & Bordas attorney, he is also a state legislator, serving as a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates representing Ohio County since first being elected in 2014. He has earned the privilege of being selected in a leadership position as Minority Whip and also serves on the powerful House Judiciary Committee.
