As expected, the Court has not released opinions on West Virginia Day. Opinions are expected to continue to come out next week. Cases that reached the argument docket this term, but have yet to be decided are listed above.
It's been an enjoyable first term for WVSCBlog.com and we appreciate the thousands of views the legal world and interested amateurs have given to our work here over the past month, as well as those following along on twitter @WVSCBlog. The Court is among the most important components of our state government and we're pleased to see so many interested in what it's doing. We'll stay on top of the opinions as they are released and we'll see everybody here next week.
