Petitioners, Robert and Vickie Morgan, appeal from the circuit court's order granting summary judgment in favor of respondent, Terra Firma Company, on petitioners' counterclaim for damages filed in this action involving the wrongful occupation of residential real estate. Petitioners contend that there were genuine issues of material fact in dispute which precluded the entry of summary judgment on their counterclaim.
