Fifteen employees holding extracurricular coaching contracts with the Barbour County Board of Education appeal the circuit court's order affirming the grievance board's order denying their joint grievance. They argue that the board of education failed to follow the provisions of W.Va. Code § 18A-2-7, pertaining to transfer of employees, prior to the board's adoption of a "Barbour County Schools Coaching Supplement Calculation Matrix."
