The parties dispute the authenticity of a promissory note and guarantee upon which the circuit court conducted a jury trial. Following a mistrial, the circuit court granted judgment for the Respondent. The court also denied the Petitioner's motion to alter or amend the prior judgment order, and the Petitioner appeals.
