Richard Lewis Morris appeals his conviction for one count of felony Driving Under the Influence Causing Death and two counts of misdemeanor Driving Under the Influence Causing Injury. He asserts that the court erred in allowing hearsay testimony, that the court erred by not ruling on a motion in limine and by allowing a witness to testify, that the police failed to preserve potentially exculpatory evidence, and that the court has not ruled on a motion for reconsideration.
