Defendant appeals her conviction by a jury on several counts of sexual assault and sexual abuse of her daughter. Defendant raises several errors at trial, including evidentiary errors and the competency of the child witness, all of which created plain error in not affording defendant a fair trial. Defendant seeks a reversal of her convictions and a new trial.
