Petitioner Willie Sharp was convicted of one count of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and sentenced to two to thirty years in prison. On appeal, Mr. Sharp alleges that there is insufficient evidence to support a conviction. He also states that the lower court allowed inappropriate references to a prior criminal record while in the presence of the jury.
