Petitioner appeals the Circuit Court of Marshall County's "Entry of Plea and Sentencing Order," entered November 2, 2011, that accepted petitioner's conditional Kennedy guilty plea to one count of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person of trust and sentenced him to not less than one nor more than twenty years in prison.
