Petitioner appeals the order of the circuit court rescinding his probation and sentencing him to one to five years in prison. Petitioner pled no contest to one count of first degree sexual abuse pursuant to a best interest/deferred adjudication plea agreement. The court found that petitioner failed to comply with the conditions of the plea agreement by failing to abide by sex offender psychiatric treatment recommendations and failing to admit to the sexual abuse.
