Petitioner appeals his convictions in the Circuit Court of Kanawha County for the offenses of first degree robbery and wanton endangerment. Petitioner asserts that he did not voluntarily waive his right to remain silent because he was not informed of his right to terminate the interrogation at any time, and that law enforcement violated his right to prompt presentment by taking an unrecorded statement approximately six hours after his arrest
