Petitioner appeals the refusal of his motion for reconsideration of his conviction and sentence pursuant to a Rule of Criminal Procedure 11(e)(1)(B) guilty plea on the ground that the circuit court failed to advise petitioner, as required by Rule of Criminal Procedure 11(e)(2), that he would not be allowed to withdraw his guilty plea if the circuit court did not accept his counsel's sentencing recommendation.
