Petitioner appeals the August 5, 2015, order of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County that denied his motion for an order directing his transfer to a less restrictive placement. Petitioner was placed at Highland Hospital after successfully living and being treated for his mental illness at a facility in Massachusetts for some twenty years after being found not guilty of murder by reason of mental illness. Justice Benjamin disqualified. Senior Status Justice McHugh sitting by temporary assignment.
