Petitioner appeals the denial of his motion for new trial following jury verdict finding him guilty of first degree murder, burglary, first degree robbery, and conspiracy to commit first degree murder. Petitioner was sentenced to life in prison with a recommendation of mercy on the murder conviction; forty years on the robbery conviction; and one to five years on the conspiracy conviction, all sentences to run consecutively.
