Petitioner appeals from a jury verdict finding him guilty of two counts of second degree sexual assault and two counts of third degree sexual assault, for which he received an effective sentence of ten to twenty-five years in prison to be followed by two years of supervised release. Petitioner was alleged to have used a drug to incapacitate the twenty-five year-old victim in order to sexually assault her.
