Petitioner appeals the May 19, 2014, order of the Circuit Court of Harrison County, that denied his post-trial motions for judgment of acquittal and for a new trial following his convictions by a jury of first degree murder and conspiracy to commit burglary, for which he was sentenced to life with mercy, and one to five years, respectively. The sentences were ordered to run consecutively.
