Petitioner, State Farm Fire & Casualty Company appeals from three orders entered by the Circuit Court of Jefferson County: the "Judgment Order" entered on May 23, 2011; the "Order Denying Defendant State Farm's Motion to Alter or Amend Verdict or for a New Trial" entered on August 4, 2011; and the "Order from May 18, 2011Pretrial" entered on May 23, 2011. State Farm also appeals from an adverse jury verdict entered on the declaratory judgment claim of respondent (plaintiff below), Robin Skinner Prinz, the personal representative of the Estate of Kyle Hoffman, Jr.
