Petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus to compel the Circuit Court to hold a trial and to rule on Petitioner's Motion to Transfer. This action has been continued on seven separate occasions and no trial date has been set. In an effort to get this case to trial, Petitioner filed a motion to transfer case to another county-this motion has not been ruled upon.
