Petitioner appeals two orders of the Circuit Court of Wetzel County, entered on June 5, 2015: (1) granting respondent’s renewed motion for summary judgment in a dispute regarding an option agreement and (2) denying petitioner’s motion for leave to file an amended complaint to assert “first breach” of contract.
