Petitioners Rebuild America, Inc. and REO America, Inc. appeal from the circuit court's order setting aside a tax deed; restoring title in certain real property to plaintiffs, Mark and Tammy Davis; declaring that respondent Huntington National Bank, N.A. holds a valid and enforceable purchase money first deed of trust on the subject property; and permitting the Bank to file a motion for attorney's fees. Petitioners request, inter alia, that the circuit court's order be vacated and that title to the property be restored to them. In the alternative, petitioners seek either a remand to the circuit court for an adjudication of factual issues not yet fully developed or a remand requiring payment to petitioners of the redemption amount within thirty days or otherwise directing the circuit court to dismiss the case.
