Petitioner appeals following an adverse jury verdict and the denial of her motion for a new trial. The jury awarded $94,120.00 to Respondents, finding that petitioner, who is respondents’ sister and was executrix of their decedent mother’s estate, breached her fiduciary duty, tortiuously interfered with respondents’ expectancy, committed conversion of her mother’s property, and committed constructive and actual fraud.
