Petitioners appeal the circuit court's May 11, 2012 "Order Granting Defendant Farmers and Mechanics Mutual Insurance Company of West Virginia's Motion for Summary Judgment." The court ruled that the petitioner's floor did not "collapse" as would be required for coverage under homeowners policy, and that even if it did collapse, the collapse was not caused by "hidden decay."
