Petitioner appeals the circuit court's order in this divorce case inasmuch as the order: (1) affirmed the family court's ruling that the parties' prenuptial agreement was unenforceable; (2) affirmed the family court's decision to not credit him for an inheritance he received during the marriage; and (3) affirmed the family court's decision to not credit him for his pre-marital worth.
