Plaintiff appeals from the circuit court's order dismissing this medical malpractice action, without prejudice, pursuant to Rules 12(b)(1) and (6) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure and West Virginia Code §55-7B-6, as amended. The circuit court found, inter alia, that petitioner's Notice of Claim did not satisfy the requirements of §55-7B-6(c).
