Petitioner appeals the June 3, 2014, order of the Circuit Court of Harrison County that denied his amended petition for writ of habeas corpus following his 2002 guilty plea to 2 counts of first degree sexual assault and 1 count of robbery for which petitioner was sentenced to 15-35 years on each sexual assault count and 40 years on the robbery count.
