Petitioner appeals the circuit court’s denial of its motion for judgment as a matter of law or, in the alternative, for a new trial following a jury trial following a jury verdict in favor of respondent on her claims for wrongful termination, defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and violations of the Wage Payment and Collection Act. Justice Benjamin disqualified.
