Petitioner appeals the August 20, 2015, order of the Circuit Court of Cabell County that denied its motions to dismiss counterclaim, enforce arbitration agreement, and stay the crossclaims of respondents and defendants below Randie Gail Lawson and Deanna Dawn Lawson pending arbitration.
