Elizabeth Chichester, as the personal representative of the Estate of George P. Cook and in her individual capacity, and Katherine Lambson appeal the circuit court’s March 19, 2013, and August 12, 2013, orders granting summary judgment in favor of Posey Gene Cook in a case involving, inter alia, issues of the validity of a deed. They also appeal the circuit court’s decision to quash a discovery subpoena.
