Plaintiff Edith Nezan appeals the Circuit Court of Kanawha County's order granting the Motion to Dismiss of Defendants Shashi Sanwalka and Aries Technologies, Inc. The court ruled that it lacks personal jurisdiction pursuant to the Long Arm Statute and federal due process and, as an alternate basis, dismissal is appropriate under the forum non conveniens statute.
