Petitioners appeal the “Amended Judgment Order – Partial” of the Circuit Court of Hancock County, entered December 5, 2014, that denied petitioners’ complaint for declaratory judgment regarding the allocation of attorney’s fees between Petitioner and his former employers, Respondents Raymond A. Hinerman and Hinerman & Associates, PLLC, in five “sample” cases. The circuit court enforced respondents’ contingency fee agreement that gave respondents all future attorney’s fees earned by Petitioner in cases he kept after he left respondents’ employ.
