Petitioner filed an action under the West Virginia Freedom of Information Act seeking disclosure of public records or documents from the West Virginia State Police concerning its internal review of complaints made against State Police officers. Petitioner appeals the court's order denying its motion for summary judgment and dismissing the complaint. The court found the documents were exempt from disclosure. Continued to October 15, 2013.
