Petitioners, pro se, appeal the order of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, entered November 15, 2011, affirming the decision of the Jefferson County Board of Equalization and Review which upheld the tax assessment on petitioners' home. On appeal, petitioners assert that the price they paid for their home established its "true market value" for the tax year ending on June 30, 2010.
