Petitioner, Charles Canterbury, appeals the December 30, 2005 Order of the Fayette County Circuit Court granting summary judgment on all counts of the complaint in favor of defendants. The petitioner filed suit seeking compensatory and punitive damages against the County Commission and the Town of Mount Hope arising out of an alleged unconstitutional arrest.
