Petitioner appeals from the circuit court's orders denying petitioner's motion to set aside orders releasing judgment. Petitioner asserts that the circuit court abused its discretion in setting aside the unsatisfied judgments and in holding a hearing to resolve common questions of law or fact when the requirements for such a hearing were not met.
