Petitioner appeals from the circuit court's order entered April 15, 2009, granting respondent's motion for summary judgment as to petitioner's workers' compensation fraud claim and common law fraud claims and from the circuit court's order entered on June 8, 2010, granting respondent's motion for summary judgment based upon workers' compensation immunity.
