Petitioner appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Braxton County, upon the circuit court entry of orders on September 15, 2015, denying its motion for summary judgment and granting respondent’s cross-motion for summary judgment and granting respondent’s motion to dismiss. The parties dispute the extent of respondent’s responsibility with respect to a promissory note that was made in 1998.
