Petitioner Board of Education of Webster County appeals the order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, entered on September 11, 2013, reversing the final decision of the Workforce West Virginia Board of Review. The Board of Review adopted the decision of the administrative law judge that determined that respondent voluntarily resigned her employment without good cause involving fault on the part of the employer.
